This is a space for real experiences: hidden disabilities, late diagnoses, and everything that comes with them. If you would like your story to appear on Life Beyond the Label, send it to us here and our small team will read it before anything is published.
What you should know
- Before you share, a few things to keep in mind:
- Every story is read and approved before it is published. Nothing appears on the site automatically, and comments are switched off so the space stays calm and manageable.
- Please leave out other people's identifying details, such as their full names, addresses, workplaces or anything else that could identify them, unless you have their permission.
- You can share as much or as little about yourself as you like. You are welcome to write anonymously.
- We can only accept stories from people aged 18 and over at the moment. If you are under 18 and have a story to tell, please ask a parent, carer or trusted adult to contact us first.
